Pilinglights are warranted for three years to the original owner. This is a prorated warranty.
1st year 100% against light failure. 2nd year Piling Light will be replaced at 25% cost of the original price. 3rd year Piling Light will be replaced at 50% cost of the original price.
Ay defective PilingLight must be returned to PilingLight-USA Inc. post paid.
RGB Controllers are not warranted against water damage. Do not spray water under the PilingLight. These controllers are weather protected for normal conditions.
RGB Replacement 60$, PilingLight must be sent to PilingLight-USA Inc. THe light will then be repaired and return shipping is included.
RETURNS
In the event a PilingLight was mis-sized we will accept a return if the PilingLight is like new with no holes drilled in it. Buyer must pay shipping.
Returns, Pilinglights are made to order and are typically non returnable. In the event there was a mismeasurement, a “like new”, no holes drilled, Pilinglight may be exchanged with the appropriate credit or charge applied.
